Landscape Crew Leader - Enhancements
This position involves the operation of handheld equipment, power equipment, hand tools, and other physical and manual labor. Includes the installation and planting of landscapes including trees, plants, and sod while leading your crew.
Landscaper
To effectively oversee the maintenance of residential and commercial properties. Employee will be required to positively represent Blackjack Horticulture while displaying initiative, attention to detail, a good attitude, diligent work ethic and high moral character.
Client Relationship Manager
To proactively develop and manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring quality work, client’s desires are met, and selling of additional enhancement work.
Floriculture Crew Member
To effectively install and maintain seasonal color for residential and commercial projects. Employee will be required to positively represent Blackjack Horticulture while displaying initiative, attention to detail, a good attitude, diligent work ethic and high moral character.

Yes! We work with many landscape architects around Alabama who provide amazing designs we can build. By being involved early in the process, we can help guide the design to achieve your desired results. We also provide design services for clients who may not choose to work with an architect. From expert plant selection and sod installation to detailed bed layouts and finishing touches, our team brings your vision to life with thoughtful design, precise execution, and decades of experience.
What type of hardscape and masonry work do you perform?
We build custom stone patios, outdoor fireplaces, retaining walls, water features, walkways, steps, and decorative masonry features. Every element is crafted by hand using premium materials for lasting beauty and durability.
